Celje, Slovenia – September 2025 – The EU.FFICIENT project proudly contributed to the Science and Industry Corner at the 57th International Trade and Entrepreneurship Fair (MOS 2025), held from 17 to 21 September in Celje, Slovenia. Organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, this leading event highlighted Slovenia’s most recent achievements in science, technology and innovation.
Representatives from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor, presented EU.FFICIENT activities within the AI/Digital Community of Expert Facilitators. Their involvement underlined the project’s mission to promote facilitation as a key skill in connecting research, industry and policy.
The Science and Industry Corner showcased the latest advances in digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, and Society 5.0. Visitors discovered innovations in robotics, bionics, space technologies, digitalisation and modern technological processes. The event also provided a platform for strengthening collaboration between research institutions, universities and high-tech companies.
Presenting at MOS 2025 reminded us why facilitation matters: knowledge must not stay within labs and universities, but must flow into industry and policymaking. That is where research translates into impact and where connects with Society 5.0.
